Simply put, the questionnaire gives us a sharper idea of what your project is all about. It also helps you think about important questions you may not have previously thought of as well as aids in organizing your ideas further. We also get hit by tons of marketing offers, offshoring companies and folks who really aren't all that serious. By filling out our questionnaire and sending it in, it helps us filter out legitimate projects and those just looking to spam us. Let's face it, time is a valuable commodity and we'd rather use it on our clients!
Unfortunately, as with our web form, we get pounded with telemarketers and overseas offshoring companies which clog our main lines. They are quite relentless! As such, voicemails left on the main line often fall through the cracks and we cannot guarantee follow-ups by voicemails alone. (Due to this dilemma, the questionnaire system was born.)
